Challenge
Strictly confidential research and manufacturing data under GxP, with workloads that had to run on both Azure and AWS without two separate operating models.
What we built
Databricks on both clouds under one governance model: validated pipelines, full audit trail, segregation of duties and data residency controls, all defined as code.

Challenge
Sensitive data from many departments and plants, arriving as streams, with compliance requirements that demanded clear ownership and lineage for every dataset.

An Azure lakehouse fed from Confluent Kafka, with Collibra as the governance layer: cataloguing, lineage and access policies wired into the platform rather than documented beside it.
